What is A Purpose Driven Community?

In a world that is driven by consumerism and materialism, the idea of a purpose-driven community is a breath of fresh air. In a world that is driven by consumerism and materialism, people are constantly searching for meaning. A purpose-driven community is a place where people can find a sense of meaning and belong as communities by definition imply connection and belonging to a certain group that has specific values and standards to live by.  

Life is a collection of Communities

We are all members of one or more communities. The community in which we live, the community in which we work, and the community in which we are a part in some way or another. There are many types of communities in the world, but the one that is most prevalent is the community in which we live. The community in which we live is often referred to as a village or a town.

Communities in which we live often witness a great deal of cooperation, and more often than not, there is a great deal of sharing amongst the members of the community. But the community that ties these different communities together is the purpose-driven community that has the ambition to change some specific part of the word for the better of everyone; being the biggest community imaginable.

How does one know what one’s purpose is?

Everyone has a purpose. Even having the notion of ‘not having a purpose’ can be viewed as a special kind of purpose. Sometimes it is hard to figure out what that is. One way to figure it out is to think about what you are passionate about. What do you like to do? What are you good at? What do you want to do? What are your hobbies? What are your strengths for the better of everyone; being the biggest community imaginable and what is your unique ability? I know I am not living my purpose because I am not fulfilled. I am not fulfilled because I am not doing what I am passionate about.

Sales teams are the lifeblood of any business. They are the people who make the company money. But what is the point of having a sales team if they are not driven to succeed? Purpose-driven sales teams are the answer. They are the people who make the company money and want to make a difference. by energizing their teams to be the best they can be, they are able to create a culture of quality products and happy customers.
